Ayurvedic Purification Circle

The Ayurvedic Detox Program is a holistic rejuvenation process designed for those seeking to detoxify their body, strengthen their digestive system, and gain mental clarity. Throughout the program, participants will receive Ayurvedic nutritional guidance tailored to their body type (dosha), start their day energized with live yoga classes each morning, and bring balance to their lives with daily detox rituals. Additionally, meditation and breathing exercises support mental purification, and you'll experience the self-healing power of Ayurveda—all in just 10 days. Furthermore, the mind will calm down, and the body will be pleasantly surprised by the lightness and flexibility of its body. The program is open to anyone looking to boost their energy, reduce stress, prepare for the season, lose weight, and integrate Ayurveda into their lives.

Ayurvedic Kitchen Workshop

In this practical workshop, we will learn the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and how to adapt them to our daily lives. We will step into the healing world of Ayurvedic cuisine with balanced and nutritious recipes that are suitable for the season and our body type.

During the workshop, we will prepare recipes together, set our table together and enjoy coming together around the same table. In this meeting where we will discover Ayurvedic wisdom by blending it with experience, you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Ayurvedic Consultancy Training aims to understand the holistic balance of body, mind and life based on thousands of years of Ayurvedic wisdom. In this training, participants learn the basic principles of Ayurveda, body types, stages of disease formation and daily life rituals, and become equipped to offer healthy life suggestions specific to individuals. At the end of the training, the skills of effective communication with the client, observation and providing Ayurvedic life guidance are developed.

Each yoga class brings you body alignment, breath, and emotional awareness, while also strengthening your mental focus. These classes focus on a safe and deep practice by teaching postures (asanas) in detail, practicing proper body mechanics, and consciously using yoga props. Suitable for participants of all levels, Iyengar Yoga strengthens your body while also helping you develop patience, discipline, and inner balance. It's an ideal approach for those seeking structural sensitivity, recovery from injury, or detailed alignment. Every asana changes the tone of your practice—you feel good.

Yoga Retreats

Iyengar Yoga retreats are an invitation to turn inward, supporting the holistic harmony of body, mind and soul. In these special meetings, we get away from the pace of city life, connect with nature and work the body deeply with the meticulous and detailed approach of Iyengar Yoga. While the body is restructured with the alignment principles in the postures, mental clarity and emotional balance are developed with breathing and meditation techniques.

While gaining energy with dynamic asana practices in the morning, a deep calmness is achieved with breathing and relaxation exercises in the evening. Supported by nature walks, moments of silence and nutritious local food, this process offers participants the opportunity to renew themselves both physically and mentally.
